Calculating Child Support In Texas

In Texas, child support is in most cases determined by a mathematical calculation based on the Payer's income. IMPORTANT NOTE: the guideline amount of support is usually applied when the children live with one parent and the other parent's possession periods are comparable to or less than the standard possession schedule; in 50/50 possession schedules, the guidelines are often deviated from.

To calculate child support, follow these links, based on your answers to the questions asked.
